Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must request a return within 30 days of purchase
  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. We will process your return refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
